Who Attends?

Management teams of all types and sizes of businesses and organisations have attended our 1-day Workshops. Recent examples include a leading Venture Capital Company where all the Partners participated, a major FTSE 100 Company Division's Marketing team, a small local leisure site operator and a Charity fund-raising team.

What is the Format?

An entertaining combination of presentation, discussion and feedback techniques is used to help your team develop a Marketing Judo Game Plan for your business. All sessions are run by John Barnes or Richard Richardson.

What are the benefits of this Workshop?

You will be taken through the 7 Marketing Judo moves in detail and then spend the rest of the day focusing on your business and developing each move with your team. You will end the day with your own completed Marketing Judo Game Plan agreed with your team.

Where are the Workshops held?

They are held away from the company's premises in a mutually agreed location.

How many can attend?

A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people
